Our social experience is designed for high-energy, friendly travelers who love connecting people from all over the globe. The main goal is simple: elevate the quality of fun around our lively bar and make everyone feel entirely "at home."
​This is a purely social and interactive program that runs on a weekly basis (from Sunday to Sunday). To fully immerse yourself in our community and truly connect with our guests, the ideal stay starts with a minimum of 2 weeks. Your presence helps us create the ultimate pre-party vibe on the island!

Your Evening Social Flow (24 hours per week | 6 nights a week | 1 day completely free of commitments):
​7:00 PM – 8:00 PM | Dinner & Fuel Up: Gather at the restaurant to order your complimentary dinner. Explore our menu of 14 delicious Thai dishes and bond with your fellow team members before the night kicks off.
​8:00 PM – 9:30 PM | The Icebreaker & Social Mixer: This is where the magic happens! Mingle with guests and outside visitors, make them feel welcome, and enthusiastically invite/persuade them to join our legendary Beerpong tournament.
​9:30 PM – Midnight | Tournament Time & Pre-Party Vibe: The tournament officially begins. Your goal is to keep the energy high, team up with our guests (making a team with a guest is highly encouraged!), and play to win. The winning team gets 2 free tickets to that night's party! You'll keep the crowd engaged and happy until midnight, getting everyone hyped for the island's nightlife.
Strictly Social: This is a 100% guest-facing social experience. To maintain clear boundaries, volunteers are strictly prohibited from behind-the-bar presence at any time. There are absolutely no bartending, DJing, kitchen, or service duties involved.
​Communication: A good, conversational level of English is essential so you can easily chat, joke, and break the ice with international travelers.
​Reliability & Energy: While the vibe is relaxed, we expect a high level of commitment, punctuality for the evening social hours (8 PM - Midnight), and consistent positive energy.
