I had very good experience with club33. The group is open and welcoming. Atmosphere is chill with surf first attitude. The place is growing and already has good facilities for training and working out . I worked at the ding repair shop with out any previous experience from that area. The guys are passionate of their work and truly wants to teach you their skills. I stayed for one month, surfed pretty much everyday and left with bunch of knowledge about surf repair.

I had a great experience at the hostel. My role was content creation for the surfboard repair workshop and the surfboard shop they have (Club33). The work was very flexible and i found it very interesting to learn a bit about surfboard repair. They have a lot to offer including, surfboards, surf skates, surfboard lessons, a gym and the new Soda restaurant that they recently opened! Thank you Juan for being so kind and understanding! And thanks to all the other volunteers for making me feel like I was at home :)

We had an amazing experience with club 33 and the hostel and couldn't recommend the experience enough. The whole team was so welcoming and we felt like apart of the family straight away. Our roles were content creation and working in the surfboard repair shop. The hours and workload were very fair and we learnt a lot from our time volunteering. They also organised some day trips and family dinners which were a lot of fun. Thank you so much Juan and the club 33 team for having us and sharing your knowledge and helping us create some lifelong memories and friends.

Working at Club 33 Ding Repair was one of the best experiences I could have asked for! The team is all so friendly and really make you feel apart of the family on day one. I'm so grateful I got to be apart of it! Working at ding repair was very engaging and was always fascinating. Juan and Gerardo are both very good teachers when it comes to instructing various tasks. The workplace environment is very chill and stress free which is a great atmosphere to learn in. I ended up extending my stay an extra 3 weeks because of how much I enjoyed it!

I truly had the best time volunteering here. The work is cleaning and doing check-ins and it is super doable. I definitely felt like I had enough free time to go surf or hang out at the beach :) The hosts check in on you very often and are truly there for all your needs. They are incredibly kind and I felt like I could always communicate with them about anything. You can really tell they want the volunteers to have a good time. The accommodation is nice and has everything you need. I would definitely recommend volunteering here! Lucas y Juan, gracias por todo y sin duda volveré algún dia! 🫶🏻

I enjoyed my experience at the hostel in Tamarindo. The work was cleaning, checking in guests and painting. Everyone was nice! If you want to improve your Spanish, learn to surf and meet great people this is a great opportunity to do so!

Juampi and Lucas were great hosts and I felt right at home! The tasks were reasonable and I had plenty of free time to go out and explore the town of Tamarindo which is beautiful with lots to do. Juampi was always very accommodating in terms of food, time off or local recommendations and I was very fortunate to have experienced this opportunity as my first solo and worldpackers trip. The surf lessons were a great perk too. Thank you so much for this experience Juampi and Lucas I hope I can come back soon!

I had a great time at the hostel!! Juan and Lucas are super welcoming and relaxed and all of my tasks were doable and oftentimes didn't take long. I had most of the day to read, walk around, and surf, which was amazing. I would recommend this experience if you're looking to chill by the beach and enjoy the beauties of tamarindo. Thanks Juan and Lucas!!
