I absolutely loved my stay in here. The atmosphere and people is on another level you conect with travelers from all over and had an incredible time since day one.
As a photographer and community media manager the experience was super flexible. I always had great spaces to work For example the co working area at the chill zone and the team gave me a lot of creative freedom which allowed me to create o rganic engagement content. That freedom definitely helped the accounts perform really well. What I enjoyed the most was the balance between work and social life, definitely recommended

My experience at Hostel Trip N Chill Zone in Tirana was very positive. The location is central, with everything nearby and easy to reach on foot. The work is light and well organized (about 2.5 hours/day, 5 days/week), leaving plenty of free time. The host is respectful and follows the agreed schedule. The hostel is calm, ideal for resting, and I felt very welcomed throughout my stay. I highly recommend this experience.

My experience at Trip'n' Hostel has been exceptional. I could spend all day naming the people who made my stay a wonderful experience. I've come back with new friends, learned so much, and it's been a pleasure to have contributed and left my mark on such a magical place. Albania itself is a fantastic place that pleasantly surprised me. The people are very friendly, and the country has many interesting things to discover. A stand-out feature is the great flexibility: workload adapts to volunteer numbers, days off are easy to request, and they helped me a lot to have a special prívate pleace for my remote work. The vibe is super social with lots of events. However, management and coordination between their two hostels are chaotic. The owner prioritizes paying guests over volunteers, I was moved to a dirty basement without warning for one night, I was locked out at 2 AM on arrival for 40min, and I wasn't introduce to other volunteers. Plus, summer heat in Tirana is extreme. Great spot if you want social life.

From the three hostels, I was in Pink Bubble for almost a month, and I would say that the hostel was lacking organization. I kept on doing the breakfast shift and some days I was the only volunteer when it was supposed to be three 🤷🏻♀️. The hostel had a nice vibe, and the conditions were as accorded (for bed, laundry, etc.)

Is a very social hostel and definitely a great place to meet people from all over the world. There are activities almost every day, and one of the best parts of my experience was the friendships I made with other volunteers and travelers. The location is also great, only about 10 minutes from the city center, so everything is easy to reach. One thing I think could be improved is the communication and organization, especially because there are many volunteers at the same time. Besides that, it was a fun experience and I made some great memories during my stay :)

It was a good experience because of the people I met there, but the hostel could da lot better with communication and management. I would recommend you go if you want to meet new people but if your a person who thrives off of direction, communication and proper business management then go in with your expectations low. Oh and whatever you do, DO NOT trust Wes. He is all over the place and doesn't keep his word. Also, I feel like he plays mind games. If you do exactly this, you will have a great experience. As I said the people you meet in the hostel are usually pretty awesome. 😊
