Trip'n'Hostel
Trip'n'Hostel has been welcoming guests to Tirana for 14 years now. We're one of Tirana's oldest and most well-known hostels, renowned for our social atmosphere, great location and friendly staff.
We have 3 locations in Tirana. They're all about 5 minutes apart and each place offers unique experience for different types of travelers, and we run events that bring people from all 3 locations together.
First and foremost we are looking for volunteers who are social, outgoing, and open minded. No matter which position you end up working while you're here, interacting with other travelers is an important part of the job. Be sure you're excited about meeting other travelers, answering questions and swapping stories.
Your stay here includes a free bed along with breakfast available every morning from 9-11am.
We need help with a lot of different tasks:
-reception and checking in guests
-serving breakfast and light cleaning
-helping set up and decorate our new hostel location
-social media content creation

This was genuinely my favourite hostel yet. I cleaned at Tripp'n and Wes was such a legend. He was always so nice and understanding, gave me time off to explore northern Albania, everyone was so chill and helpful. The hostel is super fun, I made such good friends and there's always an activity to join in. THE BEST I LOVE YOU GUYS

Came to the hostel as a guest before volunteering and loved it. After volunteering i continued to love it. It was such a good time and met so many amazing people. I will cherish my friendships with so many of my fellow co workers. I always felt respected and treated justly while volunteering at the hostel. Would highly recommend for others wanting to volunteer, such a great time. Will be sad to leave 🫶

I had a wonderful time at the hostel! I worked at Trip'n'Chill Zone, the work was easy, just some cleaning tasks in the morning. I lived at Trip'n'Pink Bubble, the people working there were lovely and the atmosphere was great. Everyone is extremely friendly and it's a very fun place to be! The main hostel is the hostel and it's also a great place to hang out. I'm grateful to all the volunteers and staff at all the Trip'n's! Thank you for the amazing time ❤️

I was at the Trip'n OG hostel, and it was a really great experience. We had a smaller team at this hostel, and it was more chill to be able to go back to, but we also interacted a lot with the guests and volunteers at the other sister hostels, making it a really fun experience with events, offering great opportunities to meet a lot of guests and volunteers from all around. Shifts were mostly respected, and tasks were well laid out and explained.

A stand-out feature is the great flexibility: workload adapts to volunteer numbers, days off are easy to request, and they helped me a lot to have a special prívate pleace for my remote work. The vibe is super social with lots of events. However, management and coordination between their two hostels are chaotic. The owner prioritizes paying guests over volunteers, I was moved to a dirty basement without warning for one night, I was locked out at 2 AM on arrival for 40min, and I wasn't introduce to other volunteers. Plus, summer heat in Tirana is extreme. Great spot if you want social life.
