Painting at the hostel was the perfect start of my world journey. The hostel is totally relaxed and beautiful, with a large garden that ends directly at the beach. I can not count how many tropical animals I was able to watch at the garden during my stay. One of them is the beautiful dog they have at the hostel. The hostel is not really in a touristy area so you really live the local experience there which I loved. Painting was super fun and I was able to express my creativity and work within my own time schedule. There was no time pressure at all.

I loved my experience painting a mural at the hostel. Cheetah and Nuwan were great company. It was refreshing to be in such a beautiful garden everyday, with the chance to do something I love. Lovely experience.

I was volunteering here for two weeks painting their walls and managing the social media and it was one of the best experiences I've done and definitely will never forget. The owners were amazing super helpful very friendly, very flexible and understating. They communicated really well with me always informed me on any changes. The hostel itself was gorgeous would recommend to everyone! The carers that were looking after the place made me feel like I was part of the family it was such a special experience and I would recommend this place! Didn't want to leave!
