My experience here was amazing! I stayed for the entire month of July. As low season, the daily tasks were accessibles and easy, such as cleaning the kitchen everyday, watering the plants, mopping the terrace or cleaning the rooms before and after a guest. The hosts were fabulous and kinds. A big shout to Amin and Omar who make volunteers part of the social gatherings, I already miss you!

Host are really good and nice people , Amina Is a good "teacher" , She Is really quiet and help you for every informations about volunteer or about city , they give you a big private room Just for volunteer and you have food like breakfast, lunch and dinner ... I reccomend this host , they are the best... Thank you very much for everythings

A great experience to learn about Moroccan culture. I enjoyed being here. The activities I did were mainly helping with breakfast. You should be prepared to share the space with Hannan's entire family. A recommended experience. Everyone there was very nice.

Truly would not recommend to anyone. When I arrived there was already miscommunication until I had to leave early due to major construction being done at this property. Guests didn't have a good time nor did I. I would recommend another place to volunteer at as the hotel will be undergoing construction until early next year(2026)

The place is like being at home, we feel very comfortable, there is a large hostel-style lounge for volunteers, at times you will share the room with travelers, (which allowed us to meet beautiful people and establish a friendship) the place is constantly under repair so you must be patient with morning noises, then it is very quiet, in an excellent location in the Medina.
The tasks are varied and simple.
Whenever we have had any doubts we have contacted the host and resolved 🙌 Thanks to Hannan and Nadia who welcomed us as a family.
