Program Details
We are looking for people passionate about writing and sustainability to help us put the knowledge of our farm on paper. Your main task will be to draft a permaculture manual that summarizes all the educational content we teach here. Additionally, you will work on creating a guide about our animals and other key documents to guide future volunteers. This role focuses purely on reading, structuring, and synthesizing existing practical material and information, so it does not require conducting interviews with the team. If you enjoy research, have excellent writing and are motivated by community life off the grid, this space is for you!
Activities & Shift
You will work five hours a day, five days a week, leaving your afternoons and two days off completely free to explore. In your free time, you can hike along jungle trails, swim in the river, or relax in the shala, enjoying the beauty of the Caribbean jungle. All daily meals and accommodation are included with your program rate.
