We look for HARDWORKING, SELF-MOTIVATED, FLEXIBLE volunteers, as we all work together making our new resort super friendly and social, and bringing guests between our sunset parties there to our crazy ragers at our other location a block away!
Volunteers are our social lubricant, so 95% of tasks will involve promoting parties, running games and tournaments, bringing guests to their rooms, and managing social media and online info. More details below.
Our main location is the biggest, craziest preparty in town, but not everyone is into hostel life. Our goal is to make our new beach resort just as friendly and social as a hostel, but a bit more chill. People can relax there, and then come to our 120-hour pool party when they are ready to go hard!
You will be part of the biggest and best pre-party in town and guest-listed for most major events. But we expect you to work hard to get guests at the resort socializing and ready to join our parties around the corner!
For party time, volunteers are REQUIRED to be with us from 5 days before the Full Moon Party to 3 days after. There are FIVE days of really intense (but fun) work each month, and in between you will have tons of free time with simple, social tasks to make our place fun in between Full Moon Week.
Volunteers can stay as long as they want as long as they understand our relaxed form between full moons and our intense party during Full Moon!
Nearly all volunteers have a great time, often extending or returning for another Full Moon!

Promotions we do a LOT during Full Moon Week, but between Full Moons if there are people in town, it would be great to promote and bring people in. If there aren't, it's a good downtime to promote online, helping spread the word for the next party!
Honestly, we've hosted over 1000 volunteers, but this project is new and we're not sure exactly how volunteers will use their skills, but we know how much a part of our family of volunteers have become and how much great vibes they bring to a place, so we are open and flexible!
OK, THE HARSH RULES. DO NOT APPLY IF YOU CAN'T HANDLE ANY OF THIS:
1) We expect you here on the dates you confirm. We're flexible, let us know IN ADVANCE if you need to change. With increasing flakes, we now require a refundable deposit & booking to confirm your commitment.
2) You are REQUIRED to be active in group chats - our volunteer chat is how we communicate. You MUST send pictures and updates of you doing your tasks. You MUST be on other group chats where we invite guests to participate and join us.
3) If you don't do your shifts and share updates, we will have to kick you out. It sucks for all of us, so please don't put us in that position. Similarly, if you commit to staying during the crazy Full Moon Week and then leave before the 5 days of it, you will be charged for your stay.
4) Leaving early is fine, as long as if you are staying for Full Moon Week, your departure is at least 4 days AFTER Full Moon Party. Notice is required; don't just ghost.
5) Respect EVERYONE. That includes keeping the staff dorm and kitchen tidy, not disturbing other volunteers or guests, respecting all staff, and always being friendly and kind to guests.
6) ONCE AGAIN TO BE 100% CLEAR: Full Moon Party REQUIRES long hours for those 5 days. The rest of the time is MUCH more flexible as long as you are bringing something to the table. If you can't agree to that, DO NOT APPLY.
