Program Details

Last Pharaohs is a creative and cultural exchange space in Kigali, Rwanda, founded by Rwandan artist SachaPharaoh and inspired by the idea that knowledge, nature, and stories should be shared across cultures.

Our goal is to create a place where people from different backgrounds can connect, learn from each other, and contribute to something meaningful. Alongside our international library project and storytelling mission, we are developing green spaces that bring nature into our creative environment.

As a gardening volunteer, you will be part of this process by helping us grow and care for plants, improve our outdoor spaces, and share knowledge about gardening and sustainability.

During your stay, you will contribute around 20 hours per week while having time to explore Rwanda, experience the culture, and connect with local people.

We welcome travelers who believe that small contributions can create lasting impact. By helping plants grow, sharing knowledge, and being part of our community, you will leave behind something that future guests and visitors can continue to enjoy.
