Welcome to Area81 Hostel! 🌿☕️
We're more than just a café and hostel, we're a small family that loves good coffee, great conversations, and meeting people from all over the world.
What matters most to us is teamwork. We believe everyone should support each other, communicate openly, and enjoy working together. If you love sharing ideas, being creative, and growing alongside an enthusiastic team, you'll fit right in!
Your main role is helping at our Morning Cafe, where shifts start at 8:00 AM and last 5 hours.
You'll be making coffee, preparing simple breakfast, serving guests, and helping create a warm and welcoming vibe. Some days, you might also join us for evening bartending, hostel events, parties, or fun social activities with our guests. Every day is a little different, and that's part of the fun!
We don't have many rules. we simply ask that you:
- Show up on time and communicate with the team.
- Be kind, respectful, and supportive of everyone.
- Bring positive energy and enjoy meeting new people.
- Don't be afraid to share your ideas, we love creativity!
Most importantly, have fun and help us create unforgettable experiences for our guests. ❤️
Many worldpackers have been applying to this position recently. The host will probably not be able to respond to all of the applications, so we recommend that you also apply to other hosts in our community and not just this one :)
