Program Details
Volunteers collaborate with PCTE's Fashion Design department to deliver hands-on art and painting workshops for students. Beyond the classroom, each volunteer takes on a campus beautification project — identifying a wall, space, or surface and transforming it into a mural or art installation that becomes a permanent part of campus. Volunteers with a sporting background are also encouraged to run coaching sessions in their discipline alongside their creative work.
Activities & Shift
Time is split between structured workshops with Fashion Design students (technique, composition, colour theory, mixed media) and independent project work on your chosen campus beautification piece. Sports sessions, if applicable, are typically scheduled in the early morning or late afternoon. You'll have creative freedom over your project with support from faculty.
Rules
All campus beautification projects must be approved by PCTE management before work begins — location, concept, and materials. Artwork becomes the permanent property of PCTE upon completion. Minimum stay of 2 weeks required; 3+ weeks encouraged for project-based roles.
