Depending on your skills, you may also contribute to content creation and improving our workshops. We prefer a minimum commitment of 4 weeks.

Activities & Shift

Your activities may include preparing the space, welcoming guests, and supporting Vietnamese tea ceremonies, coffee workshops, and cooking classes. You may also help prepare materials and ingredients, support English communication, take photos and videos, and create simple social media content. Depending on current needs, you may help improve workshop materials or guest information. Activities vary based on bookings and events. Regular working days are Monday to Friday, with Saturday and Sunday off.

Rules

We ask volunteers to be reliable, punctual, respectful, and open to working in a flexible, hands-on environment. Please respect Vietnamese culture, our local team, C4C women, and guests at all times. Keep shared and working spaces clean and organized, follow agreed schedules, and communicate early if any issues arise. As HerKitchen is a developing community space, teamwork and flexibility are important, and everyone may occasionally help with simple preparation, cleaning, guest welcome, or event support.
