During the low season we are looking for responsible people, with initiative and a good attitude who want to be part of our team while enjoying a unique experience living beside the Pacific Ocean.
The activities may include:
* Help with cleaning and maintenance of the hotel.
* Painting, gardening and small improvement projects.
* Guest service when there are reservations.
* Cleaning and care of the beach and common areas.
* Content creation for social media and marketing.
* Support on special projects as needs arise.
No prior experience in all tasks is necessary; we value more the willingness to learn, teamwork and contributing new ideas.

Daily activities
Each day is different, but normally the activities include:
• Cleaning and organizing rooms and common areas.
• Sweeping, painting, gardening and small maintenance tasks.
• Prepare rooms for new guests.
• Welcome and assist guests when there are reservations.
• Keep the beach near the hotel and the exteriors clean.
• Take photographs and shoot videos for our social networks.
• Help on special projects to improve the hotel.
• Share creative ideas to grow the project.
The schedule is flexible and organized according to the hotel's reservations and daily needs. During the low season the environment is very calm, so there will also be free time to enjoy the beach, explore the surroundings or rest.
We are looking for proactive, responsible people with good energy. If you have skills in photography, digital marketing, design, painting, carpentry, gardening or maintenance, they will be very welcome, although they are not a requirement.
