What we're looking for
We're welcoming our first Worldpacker, so we're looking for someone flexible, positive, and happy to build this experience together with us. No teaching qualification is required, what matters most is being a confident English speaker who enjoys meeting new people and creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere.
If you love cultural exchange, community living, and helping others gain confidence in English, we'd love to welcome you to our home in Japan!

Activities & Shift

What you'll do
🗣️ English Coaching
Lead relaxed English conversation sessions 3 times a week (1–2 hours each).
Encourage housemates to practice naturally through everyday conversations, meals, and shared activities.

🏡 House Support
Help keep common areas clean and organized, including the kitchen, bathrooms, living room, hallway, and entrance.
Assist with light household tasks such as grocery shopping, restocking supplies, and preparing for our weekly community events.

Rules

• Commit to both English sessions (offline and online) and house events.
Please give advance notice if you need to reschedule.
Note that some events are optional.

• Be mindful of noise at all times — footsteps, voices,
doors, and any sounds that carry through the house.
Please be especially careful during quiet hours (10pm–9am).

• Keep shared spaces clean after use. We care about
cleanliness here — please respect that standard.

• No smoking indoors.

• Communicate openly. If something isn't working,
tell us early — we'd rather talk it out than let
things build up.
