We are a cozy beauty salon located in the heart of Barcelona. We are looking for a responsible, creative person with good energy who wants to experience something different while getting to know the city.
In exchange for accommodation, we seek support in tasks such as keeping the salon organized and clean at the end of the day, creating content for social media (Instagram and TikTok), taking photos and videos, and collaborating on small day-to-day tasks.

✨ What can you contribute to our project?
We are a small beauty salon in Barcelona and we are growing little by little. Since we currently don't have a very high volume of clients every day, we want to take advantage of the exchange in a different way: meeting people with skills, talents and knowledge that can contribute something to the project.
Cleaning and order in the salon are part of the volunteer program and are an important responsibility. It mainly involves keeping the space clean and organized after services, cleaning the work areas, tools, and materials used, and helping to keep the salon always pleasant for our clients.
As we currently have few services on some days, the cleaning tasks do not take up all the volunteer time. Therefore we are especially interested in learning what other skills you can contribute.

The room where the volunteers stay is also our workspace for giving massages and other treatments, so during the salon's operating hours it cannot be used as a place to stay, rest or leave personal belongings.
When there are clients or we are working, we need the space to remain available and prepared for the treatments. Therefore, it is important to respect the salon's schedules and work areas.
Outside working hours, of course, you can use your room as a private space.
We want the exchange to be really interesting for both sides: you will be able to get to know Barcelona, experience a different experience and be part of a small growing project, while we will be able to learn from you and improve our space with your skills.

## Activities and shifts
The activities include organizing and cleaning the salon at the end of the day, supporting content creation for social media (photos, videos and Reels) and collaborating on small day-to-day tasks.
The schedule is flexible and shifts will be agreed jointly, with the aim of being comfortable for both the host and the volunteer. The idea is to maintain good communication to find the best organization for both and for the experience to be positive.
