You're part of the Monte Pasubio team during your stay. Upon arrival we hold a welcome talk to get to know you, understand your skills and jointly build a collaboration plan: which creative projects you will tackle according to your profile (content, design, photo/video, social media). You work autonomously and with the support of the team. We care that your stay leaves a mark on the brand and that you take away a real experience of the destination: plenty of free time for beach, surfing and exploring the area. Meals are offered only on work days, in the form of a packed meal corresponding to the shift you collaborate on (breakfast is not offered)."
Activities are agreed according to your profile and the active projects: content creation for social networks (photos, videos, reels), graphic design for the brand, recording guest experiences, ideas and benchmarking of other destinations. The collaboration is 20 hours per week in flexible blocks that we define together on arrival, with 2 days off per week. There are no fixed shifts: we organize the week according to the projects and your schedules.
We seek a respectful coexistence with the team and guests. We ask: take care of the spaces and materials of the complex, give advance notice of any changes to your collaboration days, and have valid travel insurance during your stay. Smoking is not allowed outside designated areas. The rest we discuss on your arrival — we are a small and direct team.
