Program Details
Kalha is a design-led luxury hotel within Unico, a mountain village community outside Beijing. We want wellness to feel personal, calm and grounded in the landscape—not like a generic gym timetable. You will help shape a small, quality-focused programme around your expertise in tennis, yoga and/or fitness. You may lead sessions for hotel guests, residents and local neighbours, collaborate with our hospitality team on special weekends, and share ideas for a sustainable year-round offer. The role is suited to an experienced instructor who brings care, confidence and professional standards. Our founder is a native English speaker, so communication is straightforward.
Activities & Shift
Depending on your skills and the season, activities may include leading small group yoga or mobility classes, planning tennis clinics and beginner-friendly sessions, giving basic fitness or gym guidance, creating safe session plans for different ability levels, assisting with wellness weekends or community events, and helping maintain a welcoming, orderly activity space. Sessions are scheduled with the team and may take place mornings, afternoons or occasional evenings. We value quality and consistency over a packed timetable.
Rules
Please apply with relevant certification or qualifications and evidence of teaching experience. Never coach beyond your training; adapt sessions for different fitness levels and stop any activity if a guest is unwell or uncomfortable. Follow agreed safety, hygiene and equipment procedures, and do not make medical claims or give medical treatment. Be punctual, professional and discreet with guests; ask before photographing anyone; keep shared spaces tidy; tell the team promptly about equipment or safety concerns. Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas.
