Program Details
Our volunteer program is designed for responsible individuals who want to combine practical building skills with an unforgettable summer in Greece. We operate as an independent, collaborative creative community. Volunteers help us for 5 hours a day, 5 days a week, focusing on specialized eco-construction and texturing. We provide a structured environment where you will learn how to handle professional materials while living in a relaxing countryside house near the beach. We value clear communication, mutual respect, teamwork, and high energy.
Activities & Shift
Your daily shift is 5 hours long, typically starting in the morning to avoid the afternoon heat. A typical day includes: Morning coffee and briefing on the day's construction goals. Setting up the workspace, safety equipment, and scaffolding. Preparing cement mixtures and cutting/installing Neurometal mesh on the high ceiling. Hands-on plastering, applying base coats, and shaping cave textures. Cleaning and organizing tools at the end of the shift. After your shift, your time is 100% your own to hit the beach, relax, or explore!
Rules
Just a few simple things to keep the vibe positive:
Keep the shared spaces and kitchen clean after use.
Strictly a drug-free environment.
Safety first during our work shifts and respect each other!
