In a cozy and beautiful home set in the quiet of Magomadas, we’re looking for a sunny helping hand for gardening 🍃 and our farm. You’ll take care of around 100 chickens 🐔, rabbits, donkeys, dogs and cats, harvesting fresh fruits and vegetables from our organic garden 🥕. Our program is born from the desire to share the beauty and transparent rhythms of country life in Sardinia. Our dwelling is located in Magomadas, an enchanting village situated in a privileged position between the hills and the sea. We are looking for enthusiastic and dynamic people who want to immerse themselves in the daily life of our estate, offering a concrete hand in the various outdoor activities.
For accommodation we propose an experience in close contact with nature: lodging in a caravan placed inside our panoramic olive grove, with access to an external shared bathroom also used by those who choose to stay in a tent.
Activities take place 5 days a week and vary according to the season's needs.
Among the main tasks are:
Animal care: Provide food, water and attention to our large family that includes chickens, rabbits, donkeys 🐴, dogs and cats, ensuring cleanliness and well-being in their spaces.
Gardening and allotment: Cleaning the greenery, pruning, removal of spontaneous herbs, sowing and care of the organic vegetable garden 🍅 for the production of seasonal vegetables, manual harvest of fruit, olives, almonds.
Small improvements: Support in the creation and arrangement of small fences or wooden structures 🪵 to enrich the estate.
Respect for the established times, particularly for the well-being and nourishment of our animals.
Keep your own room tidy and leave the shared spaces of the house sanitized after each use.
Treat nature, plants and every single animal with the utmost gentleness and responsibility.
