My main need is child care for a few hours a day while I work, as well as looking after our pets (feeding, walking, and giving them attention).
And do House cleaning

Activities & Shift

We have 3 children aged 4, 6, and 10. The main task is taking care of them for a couple of hours a day while I work—mostly playing, going for walks, and preparing meals. Since we’d like them to improve their language skills, we are looking for someone who will interact and speak with them in English throughout the day. Is very urgent to find someone for the month of September.

Rules

In our home, we practice respectful, gentle parenting built on empathy and positive discipline. It is essential that you share and uphold this philosophy. We ask that you adhere to the following guidelines:
Zero Tolerance for Violence or Aggression: Physical punishment, yelling, threats, shaming, or emotional blackmail are strictly prohibited under any circumstances.
Emotional Validation: All feelings are welcome, even if all behaviors are not. If a child is having a meltdown or feeling overwhelmed, your role is to offer a calm, reassuring presence rather than isolating, punishing, or judging them.
Firm Yet Kind Boundaries: Boundaries should be set calmly and clearly. We hold limits with empathy, not anger. (For example, instead of "Stop screaming!", use "I see that you're really upset, but I cannot let you throw things. Let's take a break together.").
Focus on Solutions, Not Punishment: When mistakes or misbehaviors happen, we focus on connection, repair, and finding a solution rather than imposing punitive measures.
Open Communication: If you ever feel overwhelmed or pushed to your limit, we expect you to step back and communicate with us. Asking for help or taking a minute to catch your breath is always the right choice.
