🛠️ Detailing of Activities (Weekly Checklist)
The volunteer will self-manage through weekly goals delivered by the CEO/Management, divided into:
Gardening and Landscaping: Mowing the lawn, clearing dry leaves, pruning branches, taking care of plant health and performing watering obligatorily at night.
Maintenance and Upkeep: Small repairs in the accommodations (basic plumbing such as unclogging, basic electrical such as changing light bulbs/outlets, and touch-ups of painting/varnish).
Operational Support: Support in organizing the common areas of the guesthouse, waste collection (trash) and occasional support to housekeeping (heavy cleaning) if demanded.
📋 Golden Rules & Stay Criteria
Autonomy with Responsibility: You have the freedom to set your own hours to meet the daily goals of gardening and organization.
Readiness for Emergencies (Mandatory): If an urgent maintenance call from a guest arises (e.g., leak, burnt-out bulb or faulty shower), you must pause your rest or current task and resolve the problem immediately.
Conduct and Appearance: It is forbidden to circulate in swimwear in administrative/service areas and to use guest-only leisure spaces without prior authorization.
Care for Property: All tools used must be kept clean and organized in the storeroom at the end of the day. Damages or losses due to negligence will be your responsibility.
Disengagement Policy (Non-derogable Clause): The volunteer must deliver 100% of the weekly checklist that was sent. Failure to meet weekly goals, accumulation of pending tasks, or unjustified refusal to attend to an urgent call will result in the immediate discontinuation of the program and loss of lodging rights.
