This opportunity is aimed at gaining work experience in the cleaning and maintenance area of the lodging. We are looking for a punctual person, with initiative and the ability to work autonomously; for example, if you notice that a common area needs tidying, we expect you to take the initiative to solve it without constant supervision. We respect the agreements established on the platform, guaranteeing a limit of 20 hours per week of support and strictly respecting your days off. In exchange for your collaboration, we offer a comfortable and safe space for your rest (clean bed, television and area to store your belongings), as well as breakfast, lunch, laundry service and Wi-Fi.
The volunteer will perform the morning shift: “Check-out and Preparation” (09:00 AM – 01:00 PM).
This is the most intense shift, focused on cleaning the rooms of guests who check out and preparing them for the new arrivals (check-in). Speed, efficiency and maximum attention to detail are required to ensure the rooms are ready and in excellent condition.

1. No alcohol and substances during the shift:
It is strictly forbidden to perform cleaning tasks or interact with guests under the effects of alcohol or psychoactive substances. Violation of this rule will be grounds for immediate termination of the volunteer.
2. Use of mobile phone:
During the 4 hours of the shift, the cell phone should be used only for emergencies or communication with management. It is not allowed to use it for social networks or watching videos while performing cleaning tasks.
3. Use of kitchen and rest zones:
When the volunteer uses the kitchen or the rest zones during their free time, they must leave these spaces clean and organized, striving to keep them in better condition than when found and setting an example for the guests.
