We are nestled at the bottom of a mountain in Donegal, West Ireland, set in a beautiful nature location. We are looking for volunteers during September and October to assist us. Hours - x20 hours a week 10:30am - 2:30pm with 2 days off per week. Days off are discussed and agreed the week before. Where possible we are flexible so you can get away and enjoy our location. Please note that hours will be over some weekends as well.
A typical day would be meet and review the tasks of the shift, update on anything needed to know, weather/events anything that is helpful to know. Then the cleaning, gardening, tidying and getting the hostel sorted after guests check outs at 10am commence. We work as a team until the tasks are complete at approx 2:30pm. Then the day and evening are yours to enjoy.
We expect honest, respectful individuals who want to enjoy our location and the experience. Cleaning up after yourself and being polite to guests is important please. It is a hostel and we have guests staying.
