Program Details

Welcome! I’m creating a small off-grid home on a beautiful hillside overlooking the Mediterranean in southern Spain. This is an evolving project focused on nature, creativity and simple living.

You’ll be staying in your own tent with stunning views and surrounded by olive and fruit trees. My two daughters live here part of the time, so while we enjoy sharing meals and conversation, we also value everyone’s personal space and independence.

This experience is best suited to someone who genuinely enjoys outdoor physical work. The summer weather can be hot, so a good level of fitness and a positive attitude are important.

If you enjoy nature, meaningful projects and a slower pace of life, you’ll feel at home here.

Activities & Shift

Depending on the season, tasks may include:

* Watering and maintaining fruit and olive trees
* Irrigation repairs and land maintenance
* Pruning, clearing and gardening
* Helping with the tiny house build
* General outdoor projects and occasional DIY

Work is usually 4–5 hours a day, 5 days a week, preferably in the cooler morning hours during summer. Weekends are free to relax or explore the local area.

Rules

* Respect for the land, the family home and each other’s privacy.
* Please be comfortable with simple off-grid living.
* A positive attitude and willingness to learn are much more important than experience.
* Be reliable, communicate openly, and let me know if you’re unsure about a task.
* Clean up after yourself.
