PRIMAVERARTE production: art and a seaside fair 🎨
The experience
In September we created PRIMAVERARTE, our seaside spring fair in Quequén: entrepreneurs, live music, art and gastronomy. It’s the event that kicks off the season. We’re looking for creative and proactive people to join the production: recruitment, coordination, content, and putting together the big weekend of the 19th and 20th. You’ll work from the complex, with autonomy and a team. Dunes, beach and sunsets included. Join us to make it happen!

Program Details
You're part of the PRIMAVERARTE production team, the spring fair of Monte Pasubio and the event with which we launch the preseason. The big weekend is September 19 and 20.
Before your arrival we define together, in writing, in which part of the production you will contribute according to your profile: outreach of entrepreneurs and artists, coordination, content creation (photo, video, social) or assembly of the event. We do not improvise the plan upon arrival: you come knowing what you will do.
Your base of work is the complex, with autonomy and the support of the team. Outside the collaboration hours you have plenty of time for the beach, surfing and exploring the area. Meals are provided on the working days, in the form of the shift's meal box (breakfast is not provided).
Activities & Shift
Activities are agreed according to your profile and the production stage: call for entrepreneurs and artists and curatorship, logistical coordination, generation of audiovisual content (photos, videos, reels), press and dissemination, and the setup and takedown of the event.
The collaboration is 20 hours per week, in flexible shifts that we define together, with 2 days off. During the event weekend (September 19 and 20) the pace changes: it's intense and we all do everything, from welcoming people to moving chairs. It's part of the deal and it's good to know from the start.
There are no reception tasks outside the event: your focus is the production.
Rules
We seek respectful coexistence with the team and the guests. We ask: commitment to the agreed dates —the event has a fixed day and we count on you that weekend—, take care of the spaces and materials, notify any change in advance, and have valid travel insurance during your stay.
Your space is your responsibility: keep your room, your bathroom and the common areas clean, and take care of the facilities and materials of the complex as if they were yours.
Laundry: you can use it on a fixed day per week, coordinating with reception (the complex's laundry has priority). Bring your own washing products, and the first time you wash you wash together with someone from the team who shows you the use. You wash and hang dry yourself.
We share our space with animals: two dogs and a cat. Visits are not allowed inside the accommodation: it is a place where guests stay and we take care of their quiet.
Smoking is not allowed outside designated areas. The rest we will discuss on your arrival — we are a small and direct team.
