Program Details

We are a conscious-living and regenerative agriculture project located on a Mediterranean farm in Muchamiel (Alicante).

For more than five years we have been developing a project based on regenerative agriculture and syntropic agriculture, an approach that seeks to imitate nature's processes to regenerate the soil, increase biodiversity and foster self-sufficiency. We believe that the best way to cultivate is by working in harmony with natural rhythms. 🌱

Our purpose is to regenerate the local ecosystem while building a coherent, healthy lifestyle that respects the land.

We open our doors to people who share these values and want to collaborate, learn and live an authentic experience. No prior experience is necessary; the most important thing is to come with a desire to learn, help and participate with an open and positive attitude.

Activities & Shift

What will you be able to help with?

- Preparation and maintenance of syntropic beds.
- Planting, irrigation, composting and care of the crops.
- Daily care of the animals (chickens and dogs), including feeding and cleaning.
- Support in the general maintenance of the farm and common spaces.
- Participation in community tasks of cleaning, organization and coexistence.

(20 hours of work per week)

What do we offer?

- Accommodation on the farm, in a natural, tranquil, and inspiring setting.
- Wi-Fi, shared kitchen, shared bathroom and common spaces to rest or connect with others.
- Fresh, seasonal foods from our organic garden.

(2 days off per week)

Rules

Basic rules and expectations

What we expect from our volunteers

We are looking for people with a positive attitude, curiosity to learn about regenerative agriculture, and a desire to be part of the daily life on the farm. We value respect, responsibility, initiative and teamwork. No prior experience is necessary; the most important thing is to come with enthusiasm, commitment and willingness to learn and collaborate.
