Help us grow Shiva Homestay's digital presence while experiencing authentic Himalayan life in Munsiyari. We are looking for a creative volunteer interested in social media, photography, video, SEO and content creation. You will help create Reels, photos, blogs and travel content while enjoying the mountains, local culture, trekking and our peaceful homestay.
30hours per week, 5 days a week, with 2 days off.
Activities may include:
📱 Instagram Reels, Stories & posts
📸 Photography of the homestay, food & Munsiyari
🎥 Short-form video shooting & editing
🌐 Website blogs & basic SEO
▶️ YouTube Shorts
📍 Google Business Profile content
🎨 Canva/CapCut content creation
🗂️ Organizing photos and videos
Work schedule is flexible and can be arranged around weather, guest activities and local experiences. We encourage volunteers to use their free time to explore Munsiyari.
Respect the homestay, guests, local people and Himalayan environment.
Keep your accommodation clean and tidy.
No smoking inside the property.
No illegal drugs or illegal activities.
Quiet hours: 10 PM – 7 AM.
Do not share guest photos/videos without their permission.
Do not publish confidential guest or business information.
Ask before using professional equipment or property areas for commercial shoots.
Follow agreed working hours and responsibilities.
Inform the host in advance if you need time away from the property.
Respect local customs and avoid littering.
Be responsible with electricity and water.
