We’re looking for 2 friendly, responsible volunteers to join Pachamaya: For daytime support and eventually (once per week) nighttime support.
The main role is Front Desk & Concierge, helping guests, supporting daily operations, and assisting with general tasks as needed.

At Pachamaya, we are looking for responsible, friendly and proactive people who want to become part of the daily life of our wellness boutique hotel in Downtown Cancún.
We currently welcome support mainly in Front Desk & Concierge. Depending on the needs of the day, we may also ask for help once a week during night shift at Front Desk and with simple general tasks around the property.
What we expect

Keeping the Front Desk area organized and tidy
Communicating important information to the rest of the team

We are a small boutique property, so flexibility is important. We value people who notice when something needs attention and are willing to help instead of waiting to be asked.
You do not need to know everything from day one. We will explain our processes and help you understand how Pachamaya works.
Fluent English level is mandatory, many of our guests are international. Spanish is a strong advantage.
