This was my first volunteering experience, and I am so glad I chose it! I met so many amazing people during my stay. The staff was kind, and Kurtis one of the managers really works hard for volunteers to feel welcome :) The two meals a day were really good. You can choose from the menu. You also get two free drinks which for me were coffee and smoothies ☕️ The room is on the smaller side and because of low season sometimes I did not do much, but honestly everything else makes up for it. It is a very social hostel so you will find your people I highly reccomend this experience 💃

I do not recommend it; they do not meet what is stated in the app; the place to sleep and rest was not good and they only give you a single meal a day; it was a lot of work for the things they offer you, and the person in charge's treatment isn't very good or courteous.

The experience was not what we expected. The same day we checked into the hostel we already saw that the hosts were not complying with what was on their profile. In the app it says that you can use the laundry; when we asked about the service the person in charge told us no. It said that we had 2 meals and they only gave us 1. The room where we shared with two other volunteers was the hostel kitchen's pantry (at night we couldn't sleep because of the noise from the fridge next door and because of the gas odor). We didn't even have a place to put our things.
