Wonderful place. Flavio is very calm, explains what needs to be done and gives you total freedom to fulfill your hours and duties with a low monthly workload. The setup is a differentiator, a private room with good common areas, including the pool, the barbecue area and the kitchen, and there is also a piano for those who know how to play. The vast majority of guests are monthly residents, which ends up being positive for creating a calm environment. I recommend it to all volunteers, from beginners to experienced ones. Note: This was my 7th volunteering, so I have the knowledge to make this recommendation.

Ah, I loved it! I arrived with some concerns because it was my first experience, but after the first day of personal organization, I already felt at home thanks to Flávio and the other residents (since besides other Worldpackers, there are people who rent rooms). Very quickly we formed a group of friends and it was very, very important in this transition phase of mine. The hours are quite flexible, the place is quiet and clean, my little room is very comfortable with a fan and there are 2 shared bathrooms besides the kitchen. The work was a big mix of organization, cleaning and gardening.
