The exchange consists of helping with the care of our accommodations while you enjoy a comfortable stay in Tulum. You will stay in an equipped studio inside a condo with a pool, terraces, hot tubs, a gym, and laundry. We aim to create a pleasant, organized, and collaborative experience for both parties.
Activities include cleaning and preparation of studios, tidying common areas, simple gardening tasks, and support with minor maintenance. The usual schedule will be Monday to Friday, from 8:00 a. m. to 1:00 p. m. If reservations require any adjustment, the days or times may be changed by mutual agreement between both parties.
We ask for punctuality, responsibility, good communication, and respect toward guests and the team. You must keep your accommodation tidy and use the facilities responsibly. Excessive noise and smoking inside the studio are not allowed.
