Program Details

Join a week-long winter gathering for digital nomads, remote workers and location-independent entrepreneurs in Liddes, near Verbier, in the Swiss Alps.

The festival combines skiing and snowboarding with coworking, workshops, unconference sessions, networking and community activities. Participants spend their days exploring the mountains and their evenings exchanging ideas, building connections and sharing experiences with an international community.

As a volunteer, you'll support the team with the practical activities that help make the experience possible, while also having the opportunity to participate in the event, connect with the community and enjoy winter in Switzerland.

The festival takes place from December 6–12, but volunteers should arrive on December 4 and can stay until December 15. A stay of up to four weeks, until January 4, may also be possible for volunteers with suitable skills.

We are looking for 3 to 8 volunteers to join the team.

Activities & Shift

Volunteers will mainly help with:

Cleaning: Help keep rooms and shared areas clean and organized.
Snow shoveling: Help clear snow around the property when necessary.
Driving: Support the team with transportation when needed.
Ski equipment: Help prepare and organize ski and snowboard equipment.
Room preparation: Help prepare rooms for participants and guests.

Rules

Ski pass is not included

The ski pass is optional and not included in the volunteering experience.

According to the host, volunteers who want to ski can purchase a ski pass for CHF 230 for the whole period.

It is not mandatory, but participating in the skiing activities may be more difficult without one.

Dates

The festival itself takes place from December 6–12.

Volunteers should arrive on December 4 and can leave from December 15.

For volunteers with suitable skills, a longer stay of up to 4 weeks, until January 4, may be possible.
