During your time with us, you’ll stay with a wonderful host family, giving you a true taste of local life. We ask volunteers for a $50 weekly contribution to cover all accommodation and meals.
When you land at Julius Nyerere International Airport (JNIA), we will be ready to help arrange your ride. To ensure a smooth and secure journey to Kibaha, we recommend that new travelers take an airport taxi, which costs about $50 or less. While public buses run during the day, the route requires transferring three times and can be quite challenging for newcomers.
