About the Role
Coral Vista Hospitality Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a passionate, creative, and experienced Chef / Cook to join our growing hospitality team.
We are looking for someone who can manage daily kitchen operations while also contributing creatively to our food concept through special menus, pop-up menus, tasting menus, and seasonal food experiences.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare and cook food according to our menu and quality standards
* Maintain consistent taste, quality, presentation, and portion sizes
* Develop creative pop-up menus and special food concepts
* Create and execute tasting menus and Chef's Special menus
* Experiment with new dishes, ingredients, flavours, and presentation
* Assist with menu planning, recipe development, and food costing
* Create memorable dining experiences for local and international guests
* Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic kitchen
* Manage ingredients, stock, and kitchen supplies
* Minimize food waste and maintain proper portion control
* Coordinate with the service team for smooth food service
* Follow food safety and hygiene standards
Requirements
* Minimum 1–2 years of professional kitchen experience preferred
* Culinary qualification or relevant professional training is an advantage
* Good knowledge of food preparation and cooking techniques
* Experience with menu creation and recipe development
* Ability to create pop-up menus and tasting menus
* Creative approach to food, flavours, plating, and presentation
