# 🌿 We're Looking for Participants for Our Volunteer Residency

If you're looking for more than just a trip—if you'd like to become part of a project that changes people's lives—we'd love to hear from you.

We are now accepting applications for the **first Volunteer Residency**, which will take place in **September 2026** in **Dagestan, Russia**.

## What is the House?

Our House is a **non-profit psychological and social support project** for pregnant women and mothers with newborn children who are going through difficult life circumstances.

Many of the women who come to us have nowhere else to go. They may have been rejected by their families because of pregnancy, divorce, or domestic violence. Our goal is to help them through this difficult period, providing emotional support, practical assistance, and the opportunity to rebuild their lives with dignity and independence.

We also want the House to become more than a shelter—a vibrant creative community where people can share their talents, learn from one another, and make a meaningful contribution.

---

# The First Residency

Our first residency will focus on **transforming the House and its surrounding grounds** into a beautiful, welcoming, and inspiring place.

Together we'll:

* improve the garden and courtyard;
* work in the vegetable garden;
* paint and decorate the House;
* create cozy corners;
* build furniture and decorative elements;
* develop creative design ideas;
* bring artistic projects to life.

If you're an artist, designer, architect, decorator, craftsperson, woodworker, gardener—or simply someone who enjoys making beautiful things with your hands—we would be delighted to have your help.
