Activities & Shift

1. The Heart of the Job: Experience Curator
Your main mission is to design and coordinate a tailored agenda for each guest or group, ensuring they make the most of all offerings without overwhelming them, balancing adventure with relaxation.
* Welcome and Immersion: Welcome visitors, share the place philosophy, and present the map of attractions (the labyrinth, the forest, the artworks).
* Building Itineraries: Listen to what they seek (rest, disconnection, mystery, creation) and build a daily or weekend schedule.
* Designing agendas: Create the guests' itineraries combining adventure, art and relaxation according to what they seek.
* Coordinate the circuit: Guide and schedule the key activities: the labyrinth in the forest, the treasure hunt and access to the art workshop or interactive works.
* Manage wellbeing: Administer shifts and the use of the sauna shop and the natural area (flora, wild plants).
* Be the link: Welcome people, tell them the place’s proposals and ensure each activity flows without overlapping.
In a few words: you are the experience director, responsible for ensuring guests enjoy a magical, organized stay connected with the environment.
