The hostel is pretty quiet, so if you are looking for a social hostel it isn't much the place. The managers are Nice and there for you, shout out to Steve he is the funniest and best person to work with ever, the tasks were a bit hard when the cleaners were not there but chill when the cleaners are, and work hours respected! Thank you everyone there, i'd recommend it!

Everyone was very fun to work with and overall a positive environment, loved hanging out on the porch and meeting new people. I personally was caught of guard by how hot the room i slept in was but other than that if you're good with no air conditioning the accommodations were solid. Super friendly group and great way to spend my time in the hostel

My Volunteering experience in Hostel20 the hostel was unique! The whole team and the volunteers were really welcoming and caring from the very first moment. The hostel location is great, mostly due to the breathtaking view from the city and it's closeness to the old town and the metro, which makes it easy to get anywhere. The workload is fair and not too hard(at least most of the times haha). I will love to come back and I left the place knowing i have a family there<3. Merci beaucoup Steve, Oliver, Vic, Reno, Mac and Anna, you will have a special spot in my heart! Bisous<3

I really enjoyed my experience volunteering at this hostel!! The staff were lovely and all of the volunteers were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The work was manageable and well organised and the staff were very understanding if you wanted to swap/ change your shifts. The hostel is located in a beautiful part of the city where there is lots to do and see so you are never bored. The only area that I would say needs improving is the volunteer room which is quite basic.

The best decision I made during my stay was coming here as a volunteer. The tasks and shifts are well organized, and everyone is always willing to explain the procedures whenever needed. The atmosphere is chill, both among the staff and in the interactions with the guests. The location is fantastic and very well connected to major tourist attractions. This helped me a lot in exploring the city and its surroundings. Thank you for the memories and the great moments. My time volunteering at Hostel was honestly unforgettable 🤍 A huge thank you to Steve and the entire team for welcoming me so warmly and making me feel at home from day one. The atmosphere is super relaxed, the work is easygoing, and the surroundings are absolutely beautiful. And I still can't get over the incredible view over the city ✨ I'm leaving with such good memories and a really full heart. I truly loved every moment here and can't recommend it enough!
