This role is about outreach: contacting potential clients and property owners by phone, WhatsApp, or message to generate new business. Alongside your room and meals, you get free access to our on-site martial arts gym, plus transport help when needed. This is one of the clearest paths to a real paid role with us — we're actively looking to bring committed people onto the team long-term.
Your main focus is outbound outreach — cold calling and messaging potential leads for our properties, hostel, and car rental business, then logging responses so we can follow up. Typical shifts run about 5 hours/day. The routine is generally steady, though occasionally we may ask for help with something outside your main role — the exception, not the norm.
