Surya and Nishok are very loving and attentive. Since the first day I felt at home. Everything went very well during the stay of one month; I learned a lot from the practices that take place there. My experience at the Comuna was transformative; it was my first volunteering experience, and I can say that I entered as one person and left as another.
I carry with me many lessons, self-knowledge, and moments that shaped my life and the people I want to keep in my life.
The room was very comfortable, the meals were excellent, and the tasks were simple, well organized and easy to carry out.

Volunteering at the center was one of the best possible experiences. The hosts Surya and Nishok are kind and treated me very well during these 30 days. The center has a full structure and meals at will. I stayed in a private single room with a lot of comfort. The work was easy and there wasn't much pressure, but of course I always needed to be proactive and not complain about any required task (the tasks were simple). At the center almost every weekend there is some course or event and it is always receiving visitors, and that made the experience even more fun.

The work in the kitchen is good and gets busy during weekend events, but I was able to fulfill my obligations and participate in the holistic therapies. I recommend that volunteers ask Surya directly about the rules to ensure that everything is clear, and not to other volunteers. I will always remember the commune as a special place.

I had the privilege of living my first volunteering at Centro o centro, and it was much more than I imagined. It was really a dive into self-knowledge. I learned about sexuality, about presence, about sustaining energy and emotions without fleeing from them, through the meditations. They were lessons I will carry with me for life. Being close and learning directly from the pioneer of NeoTantra was something that deeply marked my experience.
