Activities & Shift

▪️ Why This is the Perfect Volunteering Opportunity for You:

1) Ultra-Light Schedule (Max Work-Life Balance)
Work less than 20 hours per week in total. Commit less than 5 hours a day, leaving you with plenty of free time to explore Korea's vibrant culture, food, and K-wave. (2 days off for your own time, with basic meals included.)

2) Dynamic Social Rotation (Zero Boredom!)
Say goodbye to boring, repetitive conversations. We host small, intimate groups (1 to 3 Koreans per table) and constantly rotate Korean participants. You will meet fresh faces, hear diverse stories, and share new ideas every single hour.

3) Built-in Recharge Time
We value your energy. Enjoy a guaranteed 10-minute break between sessions to stretch, grab a coffee, and prep for your next exciting chat.

4) An Introvert’s Paradise & Healing Space
Tired of loud, overwhelming parties?
This volunteer program offers a calm, cozy, and pressure-free environment. Because you only talk to 1 to 3 gentle, eager-to-learn Koreans at a time, it feels less like "teaching" and more like a warm, meaningful conversation over coffee. It is the perfect place to recharge your mind while making deep, authentic connections.

5) Your Safe Haven to Make Real Korean Friends
Moving to a new country alone can be lonely, but you don’t have to worry here. Our rotating, small-group setup naturally breaks the ice for you. You will easily form genuine, lifelong friendships with locals who truly appreciate your help, making you feel right at home from day one.

▪️The Impact You Will Make (and Take Home):
Volunteering as a language mentor is a mutually transformative journey.

1) Unforgettable Connections:
The deep appreciation from your students and the cross-cultural friendships you form will stay with you forever.

2) Personal Grow

Rules

We respect every volunteer's individual travel style and personality — we won't spell out every single rule. Live your trip your way. But one thing matters above all: don't make things harder for the people around you.

At minimum, this means:
- Show up on time and honor your commitments
- Never disrespect or dismiss others
- Never create a negative atmosphere that drags down the shared experience

▪️ 3-Strike Policy
A strike is given for any of the following: failing to keep agreed-upon contact or arrival times, disrespecting another volunteer or Korean participants, or damaging the shared travel atmosphere toward others. After three strikes, continued participation in the program may be reconsidered.
