Program Details
Right now, we are in an exciting building and expansion phase.
We are looking for proactive, curious and creative people who want to put their skills and talents into service and be part of bringing this vision into reality.
What you may help with depending on your skills and interests, you may participate in:
🌱 Building and finishing ecological Amazonian cabins
🔨 Renovation, maintenance and improvements
🌿 Working with crops and the land
🥾 Creating and maintaining jungle trails
💧 Opening paths to rivers, waterfalls and natural pools
📸 Content creation, photography and storytelling
📣 Communication, marketing and promotion
🎨 Creative projects and experiences
🤝 Community building and hospitality
We are especially interested in people who see possibilities, take initiative and enjoy learning by doing. You don't need to know everything. What matters most is your willingness to contribute, learn and share.
Activities & Shift
We are currently in an expansion phase, building and developing the space. Volunteers will have the opportunity to learn, participate, and contribute hands-on to the different processes that make this project possible.
Depending on the needs of the moment and your skills, activities may include:
🌿 Traditional construction
Helping local families collect materials from the jungle, always with respect for the land—asking permission, honoring the territory, and learning traditional construction methods and knowledge passed down through generations.
🌱 Farming & land care
Supporting local crops, preparing and caring for the land, planting, harvesting, and other activities connected to growing food and caring for the ecosystem.
🛖 Construction & renovation
Helping build cabins, remodel existing spaces, painting, maintenance, cleaning, and preparing different areas of the project.
✨ Supporting the project
Depending on your talents, there may also be opportunities to contribute with communication, content creation, cooking, hospitality, organization, art, design, or other areas where your skills can be useful.
The idea is that you are not simply coming to complete tasks. You are joining a learning experience where you can discover how a conscious ecotourism project is built from the ground up, learn from local knowledge and traditions, and contribute your own talents to something meaningful.
Schedule
5 hours per day · 5 days per week
Schedules may vary depending on the activity, weather, and the rhythm of the local community. We aim to work during the most appropriate hours for each task, respecting both people and the natural environment.
Everyone contributes, and everyone learns.
Your time, energy, and talents help us grow the project, while you gain new skills, experience different ways of living and building, connect with the local community, and become part of a project that is growing from its roots.
Rules
This is a space built around respect, collaboration, presence, and connection with nature. We don’t expect perfection — we simply ask everyone to be mindful of the energy they bring into the space.
🌿 Respect the territory
We are guests in a living ecosystem. Take care of the land, water, plants, animals, and materials around you. When collecting natural materials, we do so respectfully and with permission.
🤝 Respect the community
Be kind, open, and respectful toward local families, other volunteers, guests, and the people who make this project possible. We come from different backgrounds and ways of seeing life.
✨ Bring your presence
Come with willingness to participate, learn, and contribute. If you have an idea, a talent, or a different way of doing something, share it.
🧹 Take care of the space
Leave shared spaces as you would like to find them. Cleaning and maintaining the space is part of living in community.
🌞 Honor the rhythm
We encourage a slower and more conscious way of living. Be mindful of noise, rest, personal space, and the natural rhythms of the environment.
💛 Communication first
If something doesn't feel right, talk about it. We value honest, direct, and compassionate communication over assumptions.
🌱 Come as you are
You don't need to have a particular spiritual practice or way of thinking. You simply need to come with respect, curiosity, and openness to learn.
This is an invitation to participate, not a list of rules.
We believe that the energy of a place is created by the people who inhabit it — and every person who joins becomes part of that energy.
