We value open communication, respect, and good energy. In addition to the work, you will have free time to explore the area, learn about the local culture, and connect with other travelers.
The volunteer will work 20 hours per week distributed over 4 days (5 hours per day), with 3 full days off to rest or explore. Daily activities include:
- Visual content creation: photography, short videos, and reels for Instagram/TikTok.
- Scheduling and posting on social networks.
- Community management: responding to comments and direct messages.
- Proposing ideas and strategies to increase engagement and followers.
- Basic photo and video editing (you can use your phone or our tools).
- The hours are flexible and agreed at the start of the week, adapting to your pace and to the moments of best reach on social networks.
Punctuality and commitment: Meet the 20 weekly hours agreed. If you cannot attend, please give advance notice.
Communication: Keep in daily contact about progress, questions, or ideas. We use WhatsApp or the channel you prefer.
Care of the space: Respect common areas, your room, and the work equipment.
