Normally a living room turned into a big room with small double bed with bedside nightstands, a dresser with mirror , a couple of closets, a shoe rack, an L shaped sofa (no TV yet), a table & chair to work, a private balcony & AC. There is a large swimming pool within the compound, 1 minute walking distance.
There are three storeys and the first floor has the room available with everything you need & a toilet and the kitchen with full amenities. The upstairs is where I live and where the common bathroom is with washing machine & dryer.
