My experience at the hostel exceeded all my expectations. The facilities are welcoming, and comfortable, but what truly makes this place special is the amazing team. I felt like part of a family. Ilda will teach you how to run a hostel in a fun and caring way, while with Clementina, you will learn the language and how to work efficiently. Working with both of them felt like working with lifelong friends. I also had the chance to learn about Albanian culture and everyday life. The tasks were simple leaving plenty of time to explore Albania. Many thanks to the entire the hostel community 🙂

This was my first experience volunteering. This hostel is impeccable: super clean, spacious and very comfortable. But beyond the facilities, what really makes the difference is the human quality of its manager. I must especially acknowledge Ilda's friendly treatment. She is a wonderful person, extremely kind and funny; her warmth makes you feel welcome and comfortable from the very first minute.The work (reception and help with cleaning beds and bathrooms) is easy and enjoyable, so much so that I even offered to do more tasks. I would return for Ilda's kind treatment and for the incredible team.
