Program Details

A Guapary EcoRural is a project under construction and transformation. Our goal is to gradually create a space for living in harmony with nature, valuing rural life, the cultivation of plants, animals and more sustainable practices.

Volunteers will have the opportunity to participate in the farm's routine, learn new skills, and contribute to the projects that are being developed. We enjoy exchanging knowledge and ideas, so we also value what each traveler can bring to the project.

It is important to know that some areas are still being organized and built. You will be part of that very process.

Activities & Shift

As activities may vary according to the needs of the farm and the projects underway.

Among the activities are: care for the garden and the plants, gardening, irrigation organization, care of the animals, maintenance and organization of the spaces, and assistance with small constructions and projects using ecological materials.

The activities are carried out in a practical way and supervised by our team. It is not necessary to know how to do everything: we explain the tasks and help the volunteer learn.

The routine will be organized according to the day’s activities, aiming to maintain a good balance between the period of collaboration and the free time for the traveler to enjoy the experience.

Rules

For us, a good coexistence begins with respect, responsibility and dialogue.

Volunteers will stay in a house dedicated exclusively to travelers. Each volunteer is responsible for helping to keep the house clean, organized and in good condition during their stay.

We also ask for care with the animals, the plants, the equipment and all spaces of the farm.

We expect punctuality, commitment to the activities agreed upon and respect for the people who live and work on the property.

We are a small team and enjoy a calm, friendly and collaborative environment. We want everyone to feel welcome, but we also understand that coexistence requires everyone's collaboration.
