Program Details

Our goal is to create a sustainable, self sufficient, thriving school system on behalf of local and foreign volunteers, global student sponsorship, and sustainable on-site income. We also reciprocate aid to the local community in Shea Butter production and Cashew Nut production, as a way to give back to those that support their community.

All of these factors play into our ethos as a sustainable volunteer program, in which we expect our volunteers to not only teach our students and in local tasks, but to give back to the community. With our local friends and supporters, this opportunity reaches far beyond our local school, but into Ghana as a whole.

Activities & Shift

A more relaxed environment, where primarily it is a morning and evening shift. During the day you will have free time, after ensuring animals have shade and water. As the seasons change, so do requirements. During the dry season, it is more imperative to take care of the animal’s needs.
