Lua Lua wants to become a calm social hostel for travelers aged 25 to 40. This position combines content creation and community building. You will have a team room, an equipped kitchen, high-speed internet, and a workspace. The collaboration is 20 hours per week, spread over 4 days, for a minimum of 4 weeks. You will work with the hostel manager, proposing a weekly schedule and reviewing results.
Each week: plan the content calendar; record, edit, and prepare 3 vertical videos; create photographs and Stories; keep the image bank organized; and coordinate 3 calm social activities (for example, a shared dinner, a walk along Las Canteras, a language exchange, an urban hike, or sunset). You will also introduce new guests and deliver a weekly summary with produced content, reach, interactions, activities, and participation. Shifts will be arranged in advance and total 20 hours.
We are looking for an autonomous, punctual, inclusive, and respectful person. Lua Lua is not a party hostel: there will be no pub crawls or activities centered on alcohol consumption.
