We are a warm, family-run hotel located just two blocks from the ocean in Pacasmayo, a peaceful surf destination on Peru’s northern coast. Our property features spacious gardens, hammocks, and common areas where guests can relax and enjoy the coastal lifestyle.
We are looking for creative volunteers to help us with social media and marketing for our hotel, pizzeria, and café.

You will mainly support creative projects, such as creating content, managing our social media, and helping produce videos and marketing campaigns for the hotel and our future pizzeria & café. You may also interact with guests and learn how a hotel operates from the inside.

• Helping develop creative ideas to improve our online presence and attract new guests
• Occasional interaction with guests to create authentic lifestyle and hospitality content
Approximate schedule: 4–5 hours per day, 5 days per week, usually in the morning or afternoon depending on the hotel's needs and your availability.
