Very welcoming and the work is self-explanatory. You get to meet many people and you become a family and even make friends that can last a life time. Very close to everything and there is good amount of free time as well. 10/10 recommend!

The experience at Qantic is quite good! Because the place is in an excellent area of Medellín! It lets you move around safely and with access to everything. The hostel is quiet. The tasks are not difficult and you can almost always choose your shifts. Evan always asks if you’re comfortable with it and what you prefer, although many times there are changes in the schedules; they ask you in advance. I would only improve that they include breakfast :) or benefits at the restaurant/bar upstairs, that they promote more activities that include the hostel team with the volunteers and even guests

It's a good place, the tasks are very simple and you have time to explore Medellín; it's in a perfect area because there are many things to do and you can reach other places to visit. Evan is always flexible with the schedules if you need to change a day. It seems we hit a somewhat tense season with other volunteers, which drained a bit of energy, so I would only improve equality for everyone and foster more unity. The idea of volunteering while traveling is more than an exchange: taking away positive experiences from people. Thanks for everything, Evan, and the lovely people we met ♥️

My experience was very good. The human quality of the team and of the fellow volunteers made me feel very comfortable from the start.
The hours and tasks are respected, there is flexibility and, above all, a lot of willingness to help you, listen to you and make sure the experience is good for everyone. Additionally, the free time allows you to take the opportunity to get to know and explore other places, and the hostel is super comfortable.
The area is also spectacular, with many things to do and discover. Without a doubt I recommend Quantic for those who are looking for a good volunteering experience.

Evan and Laura are the people in charge of the place and both are very kind; in the first shift they explain as much as possible all the tasks. From there on, the system is very understandable and the rest of the volunteers help you with any questions. The place is near 70th Street, which is the street where some bars and restaurants are. It's also easy to walk to the subway station.

My second experience on the platform was excellent. The hostel is comfortable, clean, modern, and very well located. The team is friendly, close-knit, and always willing to help. The tasks are well organized and explained. Although the workload is a little different, it is offset by the days off, ideal for getting to know Medellín and its surroundings. Additionally, I made friendships that I will carry with me for life.

I was welcomed very warmly. The experience was very nice while I was there: the place is comfortable, clean, and it has a great atmosphere. I also want to highlight the flexibility they have. I left earlier than planned due to another opportunity, but I came away with a very good experience.

My experience at the hostel was great!! From the beginning both Evan and Laura were super kind, they explain the tasks clearly and shared the initial shifts with me in case I had doubts. The hostel is clean and in a very good area (near the 70). The shifts for volunteers are always the night shifts, three days a week. I highly recommend this volunteering. I would love to return!! ❤️

They robbed me and no one did anything. Nothing to say, avoid this experience. Except for two people who were nice to me (Staff Laura, she is noble and a good person, and Evan). You should do something to improve the ventilation of the place since it is nil. At least it's nice and the hostel is amazing,
