Maura and her community are great! It's a good place to start volunteering, I made so many friends and learned so much about teamwork. I hope to come back some day.

The organization house was great, the people really make the experience. You get really immersed into the culture and will learn some Italian pretty quickly. Maura was great and very understanding when it came to anything. You quickly get close to the people around the house and Maura kids are amazing, the sweetest people ever. It was my first Worldpackers experience and Im glad it was my first one! The tasks are fun and keep you busy and you learn some things on the way!

Maura's project in the Ligurian Mountains is something I am grateful I could contribute my time and effort to. The tasks were as shown on the site, off days were respected. The community there is really friendly and welcoming. I reccomend this place for people who'd like to experience the authentic italian countryside life, learn a lot and connect with nature to the fullest. The 1 thing that I struggled with was the language barrier we had. It made communicating with the host family a little bit challenging sometimes, so I advise you are open to learning italia along the way, or before u arriv

Everyone was very kind and helpful. :) I had the opportunity to meet some wonderful people. The work was easy, and I had plenty of free time. The only thing I would recommend to future volunteers is to have at least a beginner level of Italian, as it would have made communication much easier.

Participating in this volunteer program was a very enriching experience for me. The house is surrounded by nature, and the work involves helping in the kitchen, cleaning certain areas, and working in the vegetable garden. Work hours are respected, and the food is excellent! For me, it was a really great experience!

I had a great experience at the organization! Everyone was kind and welcoming, and Maura makes volunteers feel like part of the house. I helped in the vegetable garden, cooked meals, and organized the house. The house also hosts Erasmus groups and Scouts, creating a lively and dynamic atmosphere. The bus stop is very close, and Genoa is about an hour away. Grazie, Maura, for your kindness and hospitality! :)

I loved doing my volunteering here, the tasks are easy and very diverse that have to do with nature or a little help in the house, the way they receive you is very beautiful, I loved getting to know the way they live and meet new peopleđŸ«¶đŸ»

The organization is a lovely place to stay. The accommodation is comfortable, and sharing meals together every day made the experience even more special. The hosts are flexible with the working hours, and the work is not hard. Maura is especially kind and generous. I truly enjoyed my time there and would definitely come back. My favorite part was building a house for the rabbits with two other volunteers. It was a great experience to work as a team and create something together. I miss this place and all the people. P.S. Speaking a little Italy and English will help you a lot!

Maura is a very kind host with a big purpose. She has a very impacting project with kids, refugees and other people. About the opportunity: the hours are very respected and flexible, the meals are well served, the place is 50 minutes from Genova Brignole by bus (the stop is in front of her house), the dorms are shared and comfy, it's possible to connect with local and international people (I reccomend you speak English to talk to other volunteers and Italian so you can connect better with local people), the work is fine too. I reccomend this place to other people, looking forward to returning
